We want every homeowner who reaches Batrolls Tree Service to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or contacted Batrolls Tree Service
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.

Please still let us know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Batrolls Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@batrolls.property and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Comes Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
